Spiritual and spirituality are Scary & Big words for many. Whereas neither it’s complicated nor it’s not understandable…
To understand and know what spirituality is, we need to find an answer for just two questions in life!
We have gone through so many questions in life hitherto and continue to go through. And most of the times we find the answer-whether our answer is correct or not-may not be immediately.
With all this experience can’t we find the answers-after all the questions are only TWO?

Where from we have come?
Where we will go back?
And the time available to us is...

As human beings we expect and pray God for not to face nor confront any difficulties in life. And we forget the fact that the same God whom we worship has gone through so many difficulties and obstacles. And we heard and learnt that He negotiated them with perseverance and sailed through. And there is a lot of take away from them.

That’s the reason we keep them in High esteem, pray and worship them as our “Higher Power”.

When the Gods and Goddesses whom we worship-themselves have gone through the normal grinding in their Life- Is it not illogical & stupidity for us to pray for smooth day every day in our life, without a single problem?!

Let’s be rational and logical!

Appeal to Human beings!

You are so much accustomed to use the devises in your daily life; Their numbers are on the rise and become mutually familiar as you adore them. And you are enamored with them so much- you people have forgotten that you have more important devises with you and forgotten to use them. And you have no iota of clue that they may become extinct!

At this rate they become just your ornaments and the generations to come they may not have these devises as they are not in use anymore by human beings!

As God would think why give unnecessary devises- when Human beings are not using them?

And He will not incorporate those devises while manufacturing you- No sentiments- sorry you people don’t have it anyway- as you people started living on only logic in life!!!

(True- many are not thinking that you are giving a New Life out of your Life- mechanically producing your children- what an irony God?!!)

Privilege!!!

Privilege really a privileged word- it attracts and stay with very few people in this world- who are privileged! May be it lives by its definition by living with very few-privileged people only! Please realize we all are among them-as we are privileged to have many things in our life! And we are aware billions of people on this planet have not heard of this Word at all! The life, we are leading is unthinkable to many in this world as they don’t even get a square meal a day! Let’s not crib in life for the things which we don’t have! Be happy for what God has showered on us and enjoy the journey-without any trace of dissatisfaction, ego, or jealousy!
Thank God for making us privileged and have empathy on under privileged. If possible move from the state of empathy and demonstrate to them!

Again it’s our privilege God has showered on us to do this. If you can do this, consider you are one of the favorites to the God as everyone cannot demonstrate- as many show lip sympathy- which is abundantly free in these days!

Mutual agreement!

I have a good understanding with my Mind-with only one condition-it should keep confronting if any negative impact trying to change my positive cells into negative as long as I breathe.
It accepted my condition with its condition (quid pro quo!!) is that it’s my duty to convert all my cells with positive thinking first; merrily I have given my consent.

It’s a natural phenomenon for many of us to look at the negative qualities & short comings of others. We generally focus on them, only as a human nature by and large. We blissfully ignore that when we can find faults with each and every one that others also can do for us!

Very rarely we look into their good qualities-which can be imbibed. The fact of the matter is we all know the good qualities of others. However our “intellect and ego” will not allow our mind to accept it. As Ego always wants massage! If it all we intend also we won’t try as it calls for lot of effort and change of our mind set!

Why strain and trouble?

Rituals are just to show the path to discipline ourselves towards God; we should progress from here to interaction with God. This can happen only when you have Faith and total Devotion.
Otherwise you stuck at rituals level till last and wasted the life in doing mundane rituals. Many people take pride in doing every ritual systematically and never give a thought to move from there.

Don’t get entangled at rituals stage in Life. Make the progress!

Don’t worry about your “Bad deeds” committed in the past, nothing lost; Repent and start doing “Good deeds”. Surely it will reduce the intensity of the pain when you are paid back for the past deeds. You feel the Snake bite as Ant bite!

That’s the power of Good Deeds!

Why don’t we accept the REALITY that we are not IMMORTALS?

We have no courage to accept the “thought itself” -as we die for our possessions & belongings though our intellect knows that this body will vanish one day. We ‘Blissfully Ignorant on Soul’s alert in Life and end it foolishly!

Let’s have the awareness, if not wisdom!

Disruption is a new mantra in this digital age. In olden days people used to park themselves (as they could afford!!) in a comfort zone and used to lead their life. If you desire to have continuous growth in life, prepare for the disruption willingly and adopt yourself even for the future trends!

Once you make up your mind to envisage this evolution and get ready for any type of disruption-nothing can prevent you in life from growing!

We all have gone through and continue to go through Disruption in our personal life and have been able to negotiating them and sailing through!

I am sure all can do the same in the Professional Life too by taking this challenge as an opportunity!

It’s very natural to fall in Life- it gives an opportunity as it teaches us how to get up. However one should not get habituate to fall always- just because we have the ability for getting up from every fall!

In the process of keep falling and getting up- we never move forward in Life and we stay wherever we are!

Break the Status quo!

Many thoughts and Infinite thoughts are in our Mind. Every thought of ours has its own shelf life. It’s up to us which one to be nurtured and which ones to ignore. And making of our Life or breaking is purely from these thoughts. It’s our own choice and capability to make the right ones into reality. None to be blamed!

When we miss something in life- which was abundant earlier- affinity increases naturally towards them!

Family members -when they move away from each- try to talk more!
People leave the families and live in distant places, try to connect more!
Even Food, Art, Movies, becomes more interesting and adorable!
As more affinity towards them is natural- as we miss them!

When we have abundance we tend to ignore many things in Life!
That’s why one should enjoy every moment of Life giving cognizance to everything.

Even we miss for a longer time- we can cherish that happiness as we enjoyed the fragrance in every moment of our Life!

Religion is outward, whereas Spirituality is internal and belongs to whole Humanity. In fact someone’s Religion should help them to get into the path with ease.

When we really moved to spirituality- Religion will vanish. As in the state of spirituality, we realize is everybody is a Soul-costumes are just incidental!

Sometimes mistakes have Silver Linings, as they take us to the route of Success-don’t worry, move on! As none have become successful without going through this experience!!

The mentality of Thief or a Wrong doer- goes on the premises that they never can get caught and nobody is watching them. The fact of the matter is, however intelligent they are- leaves a small trace of clue without their knowledge while executing their assignments.

Eventually they get caught sometime or the other. There is no escape route at all-may be it takes longer time for many to get caught!

The “Truth and Justice” can turn the people in their graves too.

That’s the power of Dharma!

How to inculcate a new habit?

If you want to inculcate any new habit (obviously Good ones) – tell your Mind to keep it as an “Auto alert”. Then it saves in the “Subconscious Mode”- alert becomes auto mode and no sooner the habit get institutionalized!

The problem is none of us wants to take so much of effort, hence maintain the status quo. That’s why we see many people with No change in their attitudes, blame the people and the world with their perceptions.

However they continue to appreciate good things, advice people to follow as if they become ardent practitioners! Hypocrisy to the core!!!

And they continue to cheat themselves and enjoy the balance life too-without any ill feeling- as they are pre- programmed their Minds from the “maternity wards” itself!

Let’s remember!!!!

When we achieve something significant in Life, let’s enjoy the Success in our Heart and Mind. But never allow going to our Head, as it enjoys the solo dancing & Monopoly-and our Head get swollen.

When you love your parents- please remember the people, who have been in support to them in their journey. Respect and love them- but for them your parents are not what they are now!

And this would have facilitated them to make you what you are today in your Life. Learn to respect them too as one can’t be ungrateful to them.

You may think they supported your parents- not you. Please realize it’s a cascading benefit you derived and enjoying currently in the chain of activities in your life-your Ego may not accept it, but it’s a fact!

Rewind happiness...

When you love your parents- please remember the people, who have been in support to them in their journey. Respect and love them- but for them your parents are not what they are now!

Do this intermittently- Boredom never comes to you!

I come across rare people who have Abundance of happiness in them- always! (I am not referring to the smiling faces!!)

Though their life is not on track and going through the sufferings & challenges, they never display nor share to others. The people who are very intimate to them only (Soul mates) know their sufferings and pain.

God has given this gift to them as a boon, may be their purpose of coming to this Planet is to do this role to others and not for themselves. They merrily go through the sufferings; still they go steadily spreading happiness among people as a Mission! They are nothing but the favorites to the God and I love to call them as Angels.

Meri Manki baath on "Manki baath"!

Every human being will feel like saying something always from their Mind. However-often we speak out, sometimes not-and the reasons are known to the individuals!
Those unspoken thoughts and feelings-if not spoken, conveyed at least to dear ones-will manifest in some form or the other-some may bother us also!! As they stay in our “Sub conscious Mind”; influence us without our knowledge.
All of us need to have someone who is intimate- so as to share what’s all going on our Mind-from anything to everything. Few Manki Baaths can be told in public- please go ahead and do it jolly well without a blink!!

I volunteer myself to you... If you can’t find out one for you

Don’t worry about the Exit from this Planet (Even God takes different Avatars which are time bound!!) We will have another opportunity to have a brief encounter with the God when we are back to our Base.
Subsequently He will send us again to this Planet with a New costume with enhanced configurations and better attributes
(Of course it’s purely depends on our behavior with the present costumes!!!)
After a brief stay with Him we are back here with a New and renewed Form-without memory back up! As it creates a confusion and worry as we recognize our Past Life, remember our family members and relationships!
However if we do “Good deeds” in this costume-there is a possibility that He will give us “momentary” memory back up. This is just in order to convey and show to us that we are suitably rewarded with a Better costume for our current deeds!

That’s the reason I am able to connect back with many of you and few “Soul Mates” as all of you are in my “Past Life’s” Favorite contact list!

“Don’t look back and move forward in life”- Wisdom says!

Does is it mean that we never should look into our Past?
The fact of the matter is one should do so as it works like a “self-appraisal & realization”. Our Past gives brief view on the happenings in our life. And we can’t say that we have not learnt from Past, every human being does it!

Point to ponder!!!

Anger is a part of human emotion and it has its place in every human being. Only Wiseman knows when to use it without doing any negative impact on others as well as to them!
Even God gets angry; But He uses that emotion for killing the Evil for the betterment of humanity-I mean for us!

A person’s interior!!!

We know many people in our Life, however many a times- our knowing is “external and superfluous”. And we deal with them with our perceptions based on our “Knowing” about them. But in many cases we have no clue and knowledge about their “interior”! As someone said- there is an unknown person within anybody, which we don’t know!
It’s more easy and cordial to build the relationship-once we discover what they are inside!

We don’t determine the result; however our “Acts” are significant as they are the very reason for the outcome-don’t underestimate them!
Look at the Farmer- he ploughs the field with a positive intent for a good yield! And all of us know what happens to him many a time. But never have he given up as it’s not only for his survival but also trying to provide us the food.
When he has been doing his Acts selflessly throughout his Life, being selfish human beings (not everyone) can’t we do our acts properly with a good intent?

Is the Change in you “True and Real from your Past?”!!!

Don’t ever try to declare yourself as a “Noble Person”. That’s for the people to decide with your behavior towards them in the Past and Present too!
Many a time, we may forget our behavior and actions with few people in our past. Please remember, that people “Remember it”, and accordingly they behave differently in the Present with us-don’t get baffled as you know the truth!
Instead of feeling otherwise- realize, accept and respect their behavior towards you, move forward! And if you are a changed person of your past -you will not feel guilty. However –it’s mandatory that you should have feet guilty first in your heart for the wrongdoings you have done to them in the past!

May be, there is a possibility in the Future, they may recognize this change in you. They can turn and reconnect the relationship-if they are matured with forgiveness!

Winning formula!!!

Winning formula is not a sure shot success. It doesn’t guarantee you success always. At the best it gives a plan and few winning ingredients as hints. With the help of these inputs one should negotiate their life and evolve their own winning formulae and become successful in Life!

Please remember that there will always be room for the improvisation for any winning formula!

Today’s Mantra!!!

Do this exercise for few days!!
(This is the spiritual exercise and every human being is privileged to do it!)
Close the eyes and imagine for a minute what difference it makes to the World if there is no tomorrow for us?
A Big Nil!
By doing this exercise continuously- It changes our outlook towards the world and people while dealing with them!
When we are dispensable just within a blink from this World, why attach and crave for our possessions?

We all know and aware-only thing is that- we feel we are “immortals” even after seeing the mortals!

Don’t doubt whether the priest has conveyed your prayer to the God or not in a Temple; like you trust the God trust the Priest too. As Trust is the main factor in this relationship!
Priest transfer our voice through him to God, Even a whisper of the Priest can be heard by Him!!!
But, we only can hear the God’s voice in reply- not the priest as we are the source of the wish. The Priest plays the role of a facilitator in connecting!

Our breathe cycles are automatic (inhalation and exhilaration) and we don’t make any effort to happen. And it’s the proof that we are alive. Once in a while during those cycles- as they are our “Life Cycles”; remember the Creator who has granted these breath cycles. You feel blissful irrespective of the adverse happenings in Life!

Ego& Attitude clashes are regular occurrences in our daily life-see to it they doesn’t affect our inner peace. No doubt it hurts sometimes, however inculcate the resilience and maturity; Laugh it off silently and move on.

Point to ponder!

Love yourself-not as a Father, Mother, Wife, Husband, Daughter or a Son. Try to identify yourself beyond these roles & and the Body. This thinking creates an urge to discover who you are?
Of course this is extremely difficult unless you have the attitude and determination!

That is where you discover yourself as a Soul-which is Formless in your Form.

So, don’t wait for “doing them” in the fag end of your Life!
Do it as a daily routine!
Surely you get recruited automatically!
And the beauty is you can hear His whisper through your Soul!

By default, every human being is a Planter on this Planet-despite in various professions we are in for our livelihood. As we plant seeds of thoughts within us as well as in others. But everybody cannot be a good Planter, however one can become if they want and can reap good harvest throughout their Life!

For the people who know you-You have no obligation or compulsion to prove about your Love and Compassion on them. As they know that you do it as it’s your nature.
For the people who come into contact with you(it keep happening in Life) due to various reasons and relationships- there is no need to make an extra effort as they come to know and realize your nature- if they are interested in you!
You know we can’t force someone to Trust us - realize our Love & Care for them. It’s up to people’s choice to conclude on you and it doesn’t make an iota of difference as long as your attitude and outlook never changes towards them!

And to top it all- you are not disturbing anybody in the World- with this outlook!

Two homes!
Everyone will have two homes in life
The first one is where we are born!
Second one which we build is when gets married!
Never forget the first home and its people, despite we are growing in the second home and spend our entire life here.
We wouldn’t have built the second without the first one.

First home is like a ground floor and our second home is like a first floor. Without a foundation and ground floor, we can’t even imagine a first floor!

In our childhood we used to hear the word “depression” in the Bay of Bengal during rainy seasons fall out of cyclones and alert by Government in the cyclone prone areas as a precautionary measure!
And we never heard in childhood, rather had any clue that people also get into “depression”!
Nowadays depression in people is becoming more than the depression happening in the Seas!
If more number of people continues to snap human relationships & live in solitude and social Media- which are in vogue today, the “Depression” will become a household term! Be aware of it before it becomes Beware!
Those people should immediately approach someone with whom they have Trust and share with them as it soothes them. Thereby they can avoid getting into depressions!
It’s wise to realize that human relationships will bring the happiness into our life- sustain them, but don’t snap them. They are no way prevents your growth in life. Rather they help you in enhancing the confidence and give the much needed emotional support in your life.

It’s better to realize this truth earliest!

Many people on this Planet are God fearing. God is neither a scary material nor scary Super Power!
It was never mentioned so in our Epics or any religious books, even by the Religious Preachers in any religion!
Do you know that God would like Him to be treated like our family member?

The daily prayer should not be for venting out your Wish List to God. It is just a way to build harmonious relationship with Him!

3. Despite their knowing that you Know it- still they can say!

It can be their “buzz word” or the manifestation of few dislikes of your attributes from your personality!

Surely it is not Ego!

Either case or any case- it doesn’t affect you any way- just move on blissfully as they are living among us!

Yet times many of us think that whatever we “Think & Wish” should come true. Right- You also think so?
Just imagine if God grants us this boon-will our life be Happy?
Then list them out on a Paper from Your Mind and you will baffle yourself!

We think it will! - Truly it’s not- as our thoughts consisting negative and many times comes out of our intense Emotions- frustrations and anger- momentary and impulsive!

The feedback mechanism is an essential and required input as we know in many occasions.
Many a time we keep filling feedback form rather giving feedback. The feedback collector uses this piece of information for augmenting their product, services etc., and depends on the segment of customers they represent.
Whereas in the life of every human being the feedback form is silently filled by our Soul while it uses bodily costume.
This facilitates God to give the entitled & deserved body to the immortal Soul in the next life.

Whether you are a believer or not try to do Good Deeds while you are sporting this body-even if you don’t give cognizance to Past Life as well as reincarnation!

Costumes!!

We always try to cover ourselves with best & proper costumes. And we make lot of effort in doing so- run to boutiques, designers & tailors, so on...
As they not only cover our body it also makes our personality presentable and can become our Statement.

However the beauty of the Life is Our Character doesn’t need any costumes-Unless we want to hide it!

Countdown

We use it many events, launch and before the games, sports start- to start or take off- it a sign prior to the celebration if the event or mission goes successful!
Whereas in life “Countdown” gives a different meaning- we will be losing the time from our life span. Hence don’t wait for any event to celebrate- celebrate every moment-otherwise you lost that moment and becomes colossal loss of those moments!
